OverActive Media enters into an agreement with Red Bull

OverActive Media has announced a multi-year partnership with Red Bull. The partnership agreement includes product integration, content creation and the opening of a new Red Bull game studio.

Toronto Defiant and Ultra will play their matches from this studio until their respective leagues return to the stadiums. In addition, the game studio will serve as a venue for championships and broadcasting.

Concurrently with this partnership, the rebranding of OverActive Media begins. The company will also unveil its new 15,000 square foot headquarters located in Liberty Village, Toronto, which will symbolize a brand renewal.
