VSPN acquires Live Streaming Famulei talent agency

Chinese esports company VSPN (Versus Programming Network) has announced the acquisition of local streaming agency Famulei. The agency will operate as a standalone brand under VSPN. Zhou Hao, CEO of Famulei, will serve as vice chairman of the group's strategy committee, along with Sikon Wang, CEO of Banana Gaming & Media.

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Note that earlier VSPN raised a $ 60 million investment under the leadership of Prospect Avenue Capital (PAC) and acquired the Chinese production company Banana Gaming & Media.

Based on Shanghai Lingshi Road, Famulei operates a talent management business in streaming, marketing sponsorship, licensing, and e-commerce. In the Chinese esports streaming business, Famulei has partnered with T1 Entertainment & Sports, Team Liquid and Gen.G Esports, as well as renowned esports players and streamers such as Faker, Sambty and Mayumi.
