Former WWE Sales Manager Joins Panda Global

Dave Riggs, formerly of World Wrestling Entertainment, has been hired by esports organization Panda Global. Riggs will take on the position of Sales and Sponsorship Strategist and will lead and develop the company's sales team.

Previously, Riggs served as VP of Integrated Sales and Marketing at WWE, working on partnerships with brands such as Fruity Pebbles, Capri Sun and Snickers. Panda has a history of unique partnership deals including Funimation and Geico. Riggs has also worked in a variety of roles over the past 24 years at William Morris Endeavor, Loyola University, Level Up Sports & Entertainment, CSE Talent, XFL, and was also a founding member of the front office of the Chicago Enforcers XFL football team.

Last year, Panda hired former Cirque Du Soleil merchandising manager Terry Turner to head up the merchandising department ahead of a major brand refresh. At the same time, the company announced a partnership with BenQ ZOWIE.
