FaZe Clan strengthens its leadership team with new appointments
North American esports organization FaZe Clan has announced several appointments and promotions within its leadership team. In particular, the club has appointed Rana Kaplan as the new CEO, who has served as chief of staff for the past five years. In her new role, she will report to President and COO Zach Katz and lead an operations team focused on business process efficiency.

In the announcement, FaZe Clan also revealed that it has hired George De La Cruz as its accounting EVP.
Note that these appointments come at a difficult time for the FaZe Clan organization, which, according to a recent Forbes magazine report, is experiencing huge financial problems and may be left without a livelihood as early as 2023.
