Gen.G Esports merges with TiMi Esports
Multinational esports organization Gen.G Esports has announced a partnership with TiMi Esports, a subsidiary of tech conglomerate Tencent. As part of the cooperation, the club will promote Honor of Kings to global markets. In addition, the Gen.G Esports team will compete as a participant in the Honor of Kings International Champions tournament in December.
It is reported that Gen.G Esports and TiMi Esports will cooperate in various ways in line with the global launch of Honor of Kings. At the same time, the parties do not disclose specific details of future activations in anticipation of the launch of the mobile MOBA.

Honor of Kings International Champions participants will compete for a combined prize pool of $10,000,000. The Gen.G Esports team will take part in the Wild Card stage, which will be held from December 3rd to 30th. The organization will also open a Global Graduate Award class, the purpose of which will be to develop talent for the game.
Gen.G Esports is currently partnering with partners such as LG UltraGear, Monster Energy, ROCCAT, Bithumb, SIDIZ, and Crocs. In addition, most recently multinational esports organization Gen.G Esports announced an expanded partnership with sportswear brand PUMA, as well as a fresh deal with American audio maker Bose.
