GRID renews partnership with WePlay Esports
Ukrainian tournament operator WePlay Esports has announced the renewal of a partnership agreement with the GRID Esports eSports platform. As a result, GRID Esports will become the exclusive official media partner of WePlay Esports and will support all of the company's content across all data use cases. The agreement is expected to last for several years.
The partnership between WePlay Esports and GRID Esports was originally signed in 2021 and then renewed in February 2022. It is reported that the platform will continue to provide the tournament operator with data management, distribution, monetization and integrity services for its data and live content. In turn, WePlay Esports noted that this expansion will improve interaction with fans and generate new sources of income.
