Valiance is one of the most famous esports organizations in the Balkans. The organization was founded in 2016 as Valiance, but has since changed both its name (from Valiance to CR4ZY and back to Valiance) and ownership before becoming the company it is today.
Sebastian Schaub, hide.me CEO: "We're incredibly excited to enter the esports space with the acquisition of Valiance, a team that shares the same values as us. With hide.me being so widely used by gamers, we've been paying close attention to esports space, and Valiance has caught our attention. The team's recent success, against all odds, highlights the opportunity we have to support the team's growth."
The organization is currently represented by a League of Legends team, but is perhaps best known as a team that featured future stars of the G2 Esports CS:GO roster.
The biggest achievement of the current Valiance roster is winning the Esports Balkan League Summer Playoffs in 2022 and qualifying for the European Masters 2022 main event.
The new owner of Valiance, hide.me, is a well-known VPN provider that recently sponsored Valiance. The parties did not disclose any detailed plans for the development of the Valiance organization, but only noted that the club now has the financial and logistical support to compete at the highest level.
