Team Liquid announces partnership with Fortnite

Multinational esports organization Team Liquid has announced a partnership with Epic Games' Fortnite discipline. As part of the deal, the parties will jointly create art and clothing, while the club's players will also design part of the collection.

As an innovation leader in partnerships, we are the first organization to explore clothing through one of the largest games in the world. This required a huge team on both sides. Shout out to everyone at Epic Games and the Fortnite CPG/licensing/marketing teams that we love you all! The people who work for us at Liquid are incredible for getting through this and solving problems for two years to get us to this point.

We are launching a global collaboration with original artwork, Team Liquid co-branded apparel and our athletes creating part of the collection with their favorite skins.

In addition, the partnership will also include a custom creative map and Twitch mini-games jointly developed by Team Liquid and Epic Games.

Starting June 24th, Team Liquid clothing store will feature a wide range of crossover clothing.

Team Liquid is partnering with Epic Games for the first time in a Fortnite-focused deal, but this isn't the first time the company has been diving into the world of apparel and merchandise. In particular, Team Liquid collaborated with the Naruto Shippuden anime series last year.
