React Gaming Group becomes the owner of the LOOT.BET brand in the Philippines
Generationz Gaming Entertainment, a subsidiary of Canadian esports and gaming company React Gaming Group, has signed an agreement with Philippine iGaming licensee HHRP Inc. As a result of the agreement, Generationz Gaming Entertainment will acquire the rights to operate the LOOT.BET betting platform in the Philippines on a revenue-sharing basis with HHRP, pending certification from iGaming, the certification service of Gaming Laboratories International.
HHRP owns one of four online gaming licenses in the Philippines, according to the React Gaming Group, which added that the Philippines is a "big market" with over 109 million people.

Laurent Benezra, President and CEO of React Gaming: "This agreement is part of our two-way growth strategy to expand LOOT.BET's reach in the B2C and B2B markets. The B2B market will benefit from the fact that the LOOT.BET platform will be offered to established customer bases, which will not require the cost of attracting customers from our side."
Under the agreement, a subsidiary of React Gaming Group will operate a rebranded version of the LOOT.BET betting platform in the Philippines on a revenue-sharing basis. Note that React Gaming Group rebranded from Intema Solutions in April and also bought the parent company LOOT.BET in January.
The HHRP deal is part of the Canadian gaming company's plans to expand its B2B and B2C offerings.
React Gaming Group is a publicly traded Canadian esports holding and gaming company currently listed on the TSX Venture exchange under the symbol RGG. She runs the LOOT.BET platform, as well as the esports teams Parabellum Esports and Team BloodHounds.
