Sam Matthews, Fnatic CEO: "Fnatic has just experienced an impressive year in terms of digital growth to date and we want us to continue to build on our recent success. Each of our four new hires brings with them a wealth of experience that will provide our team experience to elevate our offering, helping us navigate some of the most innovative and compelling initiatives we've ever taken."
Fnatic's new commercial director, Craig Edmondson, is arguably the most well-known new figure in the organization. Having spent 14 years at the Premier League and tech company Zwift, Edmondson will be involved in planning and executing commercial strategies.
Along with Edmondson, Fnatic's legal team has been reinforced by Nicola Packer, the organization's new general counsel. Packer has worked for Dyson and EXTREME in the past and has a diverse background in gaming, esports and technology. The second addition to the legal team is Laura Asworth-Cape, who joins Fnatic after a four-year stint with Arsenal Football Club as a legal advisor.
Finally, former Viacom CBS head of creative and advertising Joshua Brill is joining Fnatic as the new head of marketing. It is expected that he will focus on the growth of Fnatic's youth audience.
