The venue of DAC 2017 has become known

The organizers of the second season of Dota 2 Asia Championships have announced the venue of their championship - one of the largest tournaments in China will be held in the sports complex «East» in Shanghai, China. 12 best teams in the world will come to the arena, which holds about 18,000 viewers. Teams will fight for the title of the champion and for $500,000 of the prize pool.

The group stage of DAC 2017 starts on March 28. Teams will be divided into two groups, where they will play best-of-2 matches in the circle system. Two best teams from each of the groups will get to the upper playoff bracket and others - to the lower one. All playoffs will be played till two victories and in the grand final teams will face each other in the best-of-5 format.
