"The current state of esports in Dota is disappointing, and the path forward seems unclear.

After our team's defeat in the ESL KL qualifier, we started asking ourselves: 'What's next?' The T2 scene has effectively vanished, leaving us with the outcomes of our absence and efforts.

Lately, optimism regarding Dota has been dwindling. It appears that those who could bring about change are content with the current state of affairs. But at what cost? On the surface, everything seems fine as they continue to compete for large prizes and receive high salaries. But is it really so?

The reality is starkly different. We're becoming more fragile and less prepared for significant changes. Our loyal fan base is shrinking, and new players aren't filling that gap. Meanwhile, betting sites continue to influence fan priorities, posing an even greater threat to the industry's health.

Most are reluctant to make the necessary changes and undergo the fundamental overhaul the industry truly needs. We're sacrificing our values for economic gain, trapping ourselves in a facade of stability that's crumbling around us.

This issue permeates all levels, affecting esports teams, their players, and tournament organizers. It's an unpleasant situation that shouldn't have developed this way, but it's our reality."
