The latest details of SL i-League CS:GO StarSeries S3 have become known (UPDATE)

The organizers of the championship SL i-League CS:GO StarSeries have clued the latest details of the third season finals, including the allocation of teams through baskets for the draw, the division of the prize pool, the format of carrying and the schedule of first matches.

This time the tournament will be carried in the beloved Swiss system - a team will have to win three times for getting to the next stage, but if a team loses three times, it will leave the championship. 8 best rosters will get to the playoff stage, where they will play in the single-elimination bracket with bo3 matches.

All teams have been divided into four baskets for the comfortable determination of first matches and pairs have been chosen from the 1st and the 4th baskets and from the 2nd and the 3rd baskets, so invited teams will play against teams, which have passed through the regional qualifiers, in the first round.

Thus in the first group round will play the following pairs (CEST):

Let’s remind that the final part of the championship will be carried from April 4 to April 6 in the city Kiev, Ukraine. 16 best teams of the modernity will struggle for the title of the champion and the prize pool in the sum of $300,000. The winner of the championship will earn $125,000.
