In their official group VKontakte, Hard Legion Esports reported that they would not be able to perform in full force not only in the qualifications in the CIS, but also in other qualifiers. About exactly who will be replaced, at the moment is unknown. This restriction applies to those who are registered in the Crimea and those who received a passport there.
