Rumor: Astralis will sign mertz

An insider and eSports journalist who publishes under the pseudonym puffin said in his blog that he learned interesting information about the Astralis roster. His sources claim that the Danish club may sign Daniel 'mertz' Mertz, who is known for his performances under the tag of North, Heroic and other teams. He now represents the interests of Nordavind.

After Tricked Esport renegotiated a deal with Emil 'jekuz1h' Gregersen, rumors circulated online that Tricked starter sniper Philip 'Lucky' Ewald might join Astralis.

Puffin's sources say mertz will join Astralis, but they don't know if he will replace the Danish team's sniper or whether the club will return to a six-man roster. Representatives of the esports organization have not yet commented on this rumor.
