s1mplePlayer from Ukraine, Alexander "s1mple" Kostylev, shared insights in his interview with Duncan "Thorin" Shields, explaining the reason behind leaving FlipSid3 Tactics. The esports professional stated he departed due to a desire to exclude Andrey "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy from the team.
"After the round, I typed three dots in the chat and mentioned post-match that I wouldn't play with B1ad3 and markeloff again. Later, at the hotel, I made a social media post suggesting either removing B1ad3 from the roster or making him a coach. Some teammates agreed. We discussed it with FlipSid3's management, including Dana and Hector. They declined removing B1ad3. I responded: 'Why? We just discussed this to make us stronger.' Afterward, I posted and left the team.
At that time, I could eliminate opponents in the server, but I understood B1ad3 aimed to teach me a different perspective of the game and opponent reading. I'm certain many of my former FlipSid3 teammates didn't share my view and trained differently. I enjoy playing extensively to learn various situations and gain experience useful in tournaments."
