Is it possible to change the left-hand placement in CS 2?

In CS 2, weapons are displayed on the right side of the screen by default, which has caused dissatisfaction among many players who are accustomed to non-standard hand placement from previous versions of the game. However, at the moment, the developers do not provide the option to change the weapon placement to the left hand in CS 2.

In the popular previous version of the game, CS:GO, there was a command "cl_righthand 0" that allowed players to switch the weapon display to the left hand. However, this command is absent in CS 2.

Over time, it is possible that Valve may introduce the feature to change hand placement in CS 2, as many players and professional gaming communities have expressed interest in this feature.

The absence of this option in CS 2 may be related to technical considerations during the transition to the Source 2 engine, including changes in lighting settings, which could have presented technical challenges for implementing this feature in the current version of the game.
