YEKINDAR ranked 15th on HLTV's Best Players of 2022 list

The authoritative portal HLTV presented the name of the e-sportsman, who took 15th place in the list of the best players of 2022. The place of honor was given to YEKINDAR, the current player of the Team Liquid team.

Last season, Marek did not receive any MVP awards, but at the same time he became the EVP of such tournaments as ESL Pro League Season 16, BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022 and BLAST Premier: World Final 2022.

Note that this is the second entry into the TOP-20 of the best players for YEKINDAR, which, according to the results of 2021, is on the eighth line.

YEKINDAR started last season as part of Virtus.pro, which a few months later came under sanctions and began to play under the Outsiders tag. However, here Marek played until PGL Major Antwerp 2022, after which he left the team and moved to Team Liquid.

In the new team, the 23-year-old esportsman managed to rediscover his full potential to get into the top three at ESL Pro League Season 16, BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022 and BLAST Premier: World Final 2022. In addition, YEKINDAR has consistently remained the most aggressive player of his teams, reclaiming space.

As the editors note, Marek failed to be higher due to instability in big tournaments, as well as in games against opponents from the TOP-20. In addition, YEKINDAR's aggressive style often got in the way of the team, causing them to lose rounds after their first death.
