The cowana Gaming organization ceases to operate

The German esports organization cowana Gaming has announced the cessation of its activities, citing "the consequences of international crises". It is reported that this decision was made due to prolonged financial difficulties, while the club's teams did not bring proper income.

Hello dear community. With this announcement, we would like to tell you about the future of cowana Gaming. But first of all, we would like to thank all the players, sponsors and, of course, the community for spending an incredible time with us, filled with unique impressions, experiences, moments of grief and joy.

In a very short time we managed to play in various disciplines. We are honored to move to Pro League in Rainbow Six and compete against the best of the best. Our CS:GO team fought for the first place in ESLM and 99Damage League with Sprout, BIG AC, and Attax:)

A special thanks to all of our staff who worked on the cowana Gaming project - we couldn't have made it without you guys. For the first two years of cowana Gaming's existence, we have always tried to be one of the best sources of information for players, staff and content creators, and we have succeeded in this too.

Unfortunately, we, too, began to feel the impact of international crises, and much of our business ceased to be carried out. The length of these circumstances led to the fact that we decided to stop the trip at the end of the year. We will make sure that any debts are paid off by the end of the year.

With this message, all existing players, managers and employees are allowed to transfer to other clubs at any time without any restrictions. Our contracts are still on until the end of the year, but everyone can leave early. We sincerely apologize and hope that you guys, our community, understand our decision and maybe we can fix things.

cowana Gaming has been present in the CS:GO discipline since March 2020, practically since its inception. In two and a half years, the organization has assembled several rosters that have become champions of the Fragster League Season 1, and also made it to the TOP-3 at ESL Meisterschaft Spring 2022, UNITED Pro Series Summer 2021, 99Liga S16 Div. 2.2 and ESEA Cash Cup: Europe - Summer 2021 #2.

Now all players and the coaching staff can freely consider proposals on the side. Note that the organization was also represented in the VALORANT and Rainbow Six disciplines. These divisions are also subject to disbandment at the end of this year.
