HeatoN becomes shareholder and new CEO of GODSENT
Swedish esports organization GODSENT has announced the appointment of Emil Christensen, former professional player "HeatoN", as its new shareholder and CEO. Christensen will immediately begin work on rebuilding GODSENT, but has not shared any further details about the new role or disclosed his ownership stake.
I'm excited to announce my next step in esports. Starting today, I become the main shareholder and CEO of GODSENT. Let's make the Swedish scene great again!
It is noteworthy that at present the Swedish club is not represented on the scene with a roster, as it sold its Brazilian core to the 00NATION organization in the summer. Since then, b4rtiN has remained on the contract with GODSENT, who never managed to find a new team.
HeatoN will take over the organization's CS:GO division in order to, as he claims, return the Swedish scene to greatness. Probably, with this decision, GODSENT plans to return to the scene and sign a new line-up with players from Sweden.

HeatoN is a famous Counter-Strike 1.6 player. Having spent most of his career with Ninjas in Pajamas and SK Gaming, the 38-year-old Swede has won the 2003 CPL Summer, World Cyber Games 2003, Nollelva Digital Event 2004, GameGune 2005 and WSVG DreamHack Summer 2006 champions. In addition to his work in eSports, Christensen also worked in the betting industry and was the event manager for the SteelSeries brand.
In addition, HeatoN tried his hand as the CEO, coach and manager of Ninjas in Pajamas, but retired from the scene in 2018. Since then, the Swede has appeared as a commentator and analyst at local Svenska Elitserien championships. However, more recently, he had the opportunity to assemble his own team as part of Kinguin Legends #1.
