Red Bull Flick Invitational Copenhagen 2022 participants unveiled

Organizers Red Bull and FACEIT have unveiled professional teams at the upcoming Red Bull Flick Invitational Copenhagen 2022. Sixteen couples from Europe and the CIS will compete for a prize pool of €50,000 as part of the championship, which will be held from 19 to 20 November in Denmark.

Eight professional duets were included in the competition:

• Copenhagen Flames: raalz and b0RUP
• OG: flameZ and F1KU
• FURIA: GaBi and drop
• BIG EQUIPA: D7 and Zana
• Team Spirit: magixx and Patsi
• Heroic: cadiaN and stavn
• G2 Esports: m0NESY and jks
• Ninjas in Pajamas: es3tag and calc

Note that the champion of last year's event is magixx, who in 2021 became the winner of the tournament in Finland along with sdy.

The aforementioned duos will be accompanied by eight more pairs that will advance to the Red Bull Flick Invitational Copenhagen 2022 through regional closed qualifiers. A total of 26 amateur duos from Europe and, for the first time, North America will compete in national and international qualifying tournaments for a chance to compete in the event.

The rest of the teams will compete in the group stage until only two duos remain to face the pro scene on the final day of the Red Bull Flick Invitational Copenhagen 2022 on November 20th.
