Corinthians Esports unveiled CS:GO roster

The Brazilian eSports organization Corinthians Esports, which is part of the football club of the same name, has announced the signing of the HUMMER Esports CS:GO roster. From now on, the Brazilian club will be introduced to the competitive scene, confirming early news of intentions to enter the big competitive scene.

At the same time, the Corinthians football club entered esports back in 2019, when it entered into a partnership agreement with Immortals Gaming Club. The club created a team in the Free Fire discipline, which eventually became one of the most successful.

The choice of the organization fell on the Brazilian team, which began its journey in the new season under the wing of São Caetano. Here the team did what seemed impossible by qualifying for PGL Major Antwerp 2022: American RMR. In addition, at the RMR tournament itself, the roster stopped one step away from reaching the Major, finishing their performances with a 2-3 result.

In the future, the team continued its development, managing to qualify for two international championships in a row - ESL Pro League Conference Season 16 and ESL Challenger at DreamHack Valencia 2022. However, at that moment the roster left the organization to move under the wing of HUMMER Esports.

However, under the new tag, the Brazilian team did not achieve significant results, failing both international tournaments.

The next championship for Corinthians Esports should be open qualifiers for the American RMR tournament, which will begin in the middle of next month. It is noteworthy that earlier the esports organization intended to acquire a completely different roster, but later the team decided to move under the wing of Fluxo.
