degster – a new OG player

Today, the esports organization Team Spirit announced on social networks the transfer of the player of the CS:GO roster, Abdulkhalik 'degster' Gasanov. The twenty-year-old esportsman will continue his career in the OG team. Earlier we wrote about rumors from an insider regarding this transition. The player's intentions to stop playing in Eastern Europe were also confirmed.

OG reported that Mateusz 'mantuu' Wilczewski, who has been playing for the European organization since December 2019, has left the team. Degster just replaced the player at BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022, where the club took 3rd-4th place, losing to Natus Vincere in the semi-finals of the tournament. Team Spirit wished the former player good luck in the new organization.

The first serious test for degster and his new team will be the BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2022 championship, which will be held in LAN format from August 19 to 28. The venue is currently unknown. 12 teams will compete for a $177,498 prize pool and seeding into BLAST Premier: Fall Showdown 2022 or BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022.
