G2 Esports intends to eliminate Aleksib and XTQZZZ
According to the BLIX portal, the European esports organization G2 Esports intends to make changes to the CS:GO roster, excluding Aleksib and coach XTQZZZ from it. It is likely that such changes may be due to the team's weak results in the first half of the 2022 season. The decision came just six months after they joined the organization.
At the time of writing, Carlos Rodriguez, co-founder and CEO of the organization, has managed to dispel the rumors.
Aleksib and XTQZZZ joined G2 Esports earlier this year, having moved from OG and Vitality, respectively. However, the work of the captain and coach is difficult to characterize positively, because in six months the team took second place in the Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Katowice, and also got into the TOP-4 at BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2022 and BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022.
However, the European team failed at all major tournaments, including PGL Major Antwerp 2022 (9th-11th place) and Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Cologne (9th-12th place), failing to live up to the fans' expectations.

G2 Esports is reported to "still lack stability" and the organization is looking for a new roster to help them overcome the odds and become one of the best in the world.
The next championship for the European team will be BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2022, which will be held from August 19 to 28. Then the team will start its journey within the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 16.
Currently, the G2 Esports CS:GO roster is as follows:
- JACKZ
- huNter-
- NiKo
- m0NESY
- Aleksib
- XTQZZZ (coach)
