RossR left Endpoint
Information about the key changes in the personnel department of the leadership of the eSports organization appeared on the EndPoint Twitter account. Ross 'RossR' Rooney stepped down as general manager and became one of the club's top players on 26 August 2021. Until that time, Ross was in the team as a coach for a year and a half. His ability to recognize talented players has helped grow some players and help them make their careers in the professional CS:GO world. Such players, for example, are flameZ and Mezii, who now play in OG and Fnatic, respectively.
Together with Ross Rooney, the team managed to win five championships from the ESL Premiership series, triumph in ESEA Premier Season 35 and Home Sweet Home 8, and also take part in such major tournaments as the ESL Pro League and BLAST Showdown.

Ross' departure is connected with the new opportunities that have appeared outside of CS:GO, which he decided to take advantage of. The announcement did not say whether his new field of activity is related to eSports or goes beyond computer games.
The Endpoint announcement says the following:
Ross has moved onto a new opportunity with his career outside of Counter-Strike and, after helping us transition with signing Rejin as Head Coach, has stepped down from Endpoint.
When we reached out to Ross before DreamHack Open Anaheim in 2020, we had no idea what an integral part of the team he would become, first as coach and later as General Manager.
During his two-and-a-half years at Endpoint the team reached new heights, including 5 ESL Premiership titles, victories in ESEA Premier Season 35 and Home Sweet Home 8, and appearanced at ESL Pro League and BLAST Showdown.
Key to this success was Ross's uncanny ability to unearth fresh Counter-Strike talent, helping the team rebuil despite players leaving. Players like FlameZ and Mezii have gone onto new peaks thanks to the opportunities he gave them at Endpoint.
You will always be part of the Endpoint family!
The last change to the Endpoint roster came in early June with the arrival of Markus 'Kjaerbye' Kjaerbye. Now the composition of the Endpoint looks like this:
- Surreal
- CRUC1AL
- MiGHTYMAX
- Nertz
- Kjaerbye
- Rejin (coach)
