sLowi leaves HAVU

The Finnish esports organization HAVU has announced changes to its CS:GO roster, saying goodbye to sLowi. Note that the 26-year-old Finnish player was the longest-serving member of the club, and also served as team captain over the past few seasons.

sLowi has been a part of HAVU since the announcement of our original lineup in 2018. Over the years, he has played almost every role known, from fragger, sniper, captain, and more. With him, HAVU reached 14th place on HLTV, won many Finnish LAN events, qualified for international tournaments, and he was also the highest rated player on Flashpoint 1, where we placed third.

Our time together, unfortunately, has come to an end, as we have been in the recovery phase for some time. sLowi will remain on the bench until his contract expires on July 31st.

sLowi joined HAVU in May 2018 after moving from iGame.com. Over four years, the 26-year-old Finnish esportsman has helped the team win many championships, including the IeSF World Championship 2018, Telia Esports Series Season 2, Funspark ULTI 2020 - Europe and Funspark ULTI 2021: Europe Season 1, as well as take third place in the Flashpoint Season one.

4 years ago HAVU's CS:GO roster underwent a big change and a young, energetic and motivated player joined us. Now, four years later, I can happily call him, sLowi, my friend. We've been through a lot of bad and good times together, we've won a lot of trophies together. Due to the challenging first half of 2022, we are facing big changes in our CS:GO team. This means we will have to say goodbye to sLowi. This is not the only change taking place and we will update you as soon as final decisions are made. I want to thank sLowi for these years together and wish him all the best for the future!

It is known that sLowi will continue his career as part of team temp, the ideological inspirer of which is allu. In turn, the next championship for the Finnish team is Assembly Summer 2022, which will be held in early August. That being said, HAVU has yet to find a new coach as the organization parted ways with diSTURBED at the end of May.
