An OverDrive insider shared his thoughts on sdy joining the NaVi team roster. In his opinion, the 25-year-old Ukrainian esportsman should cope with the role that B1ad3 will prepare for him.

sdy is a human function. They will put him now, give him a role, and he will fulfill it. Of course, it is weaker than electronic and Perfecto - there is no doubt about it. Probably, Vitya will pull the Boombl4 function on kills. It won't make it worse, but it won't make it better either. Vitya is a player of three decisions, he knows three scripts in each position, which he does well. That is, it is not a creative player. At the same time, of all the options that NAVI had, sdy is the most adequate. It couldn't have been better.

Recall that NAVI excluded Boombl4 from the roster on May 28, citing high reputational risks. During the week, the organization looked for options to replace the captain, eventually signing sdy. The last team in the career of the 25-year-old Ukrainian was MAD Lions, with whom he took fourth place in ESEA Season 40: Advanced Division - Europe.

The next championship for the "Born to Win" will be BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022, which will start on June 15th. In the first match of the group stage, the teams will play against OG. Note that the NAVI management added that in case of a successful performance at the championship, sdy will remain in the team.
