imoRR became the new captain of Eternal Fire

imoRR became the new captain of Eternal Fire. The 22-year-old Turkish cybersportsman announced this on his social networks. According to the player, after the end of PGL Major Antwerp 2022, the team decided to change their approach, thus changing the key role.

My job is not to entertain people like I do on my streams. We have everything in our hands to succeed. Now I play in a great team, and I took this step consciously. We sat down after the major and talked, deciding that a role reversal should take place.

Recall that imoRR has been a part of Eternal Fire since last August, when the esportsman joined the roster from Sangal Esports. In nine months, the team became the winner of ESL Türkiye Şampiyonası: Summer 2021, ESA Esports Supremes Spring 2022 and ESL Türkiye Şampiyonası: Winter 2022, and also made it to the top three at REPUBLEAGUE Season 2, Exeedme Revolution 2021, TWR Eastern European Masters: Spring 2022 and Pinnacle Cup IV.

What is most interesting, the first captain of the team was Calyx, after which this role passed to XANTARES. During the last RMR cycle and the Major itself, woxic served as the captain.

At the same time, imoRR himself, having many years of experience in performing on the professional stage, has never been a captain before.

The next major championship for the Turkish team will be ESL Pro League Conference Season 16. At the same time, the team will start its journey within REPUBLEAGUE Season 3. Both tournaments will start next month.
