ENCE signed a coach for their Academy roster
Representatives of the Finnish esports club report on the changes made in the personnel ranks of their organization. Now the organization has a new member of the academic staff. He took on the role of mentor. ENCE 's newcomer is George 'Whitey' White.
George's career began with Endpoint in April 2019. He has always been a mentor and helped with his skills not only esports players from Endpoint, but also representatives of CeX, Fierce Esports, Stifmeister, Reason Gaming, Vexed Gaming and Endpoint Academy. Now the ENCE management decided to ask for his help to develop the Academy roster. White also had time to try his hand as a player between 2018 and 2021 at various times. He managed to take 3rd-4th place in ESEA Season 30 Intermediate Division Europe.

There is no information about the academic composition of ENCE. The Finns announced in the first quarter of 2022 that they were going to start supporting a program to grow young talented CS:GO players. They decided to start collecting the roster with the most important thing for young talents - the coach.
Comment by George 'Whitey' White:
I aim to make ENCE Academy the most efficient program possible to give more insight into the fresh talents within the Finnish scene and provide the best foundation for players of all backgrounds.
I want the Academy to show aspiring players that a team with the right approach and work ethic can grow and gain success, motivating CS players worldwide with our results and content to never give up on their dreams.
The main ENCE roster is currently taking part in one of the main CS:GO championships, PGL Major Antwerp 2022 with a prize pool of $1,000,000. The European roster started its journey from the Challengers Stage and successfully entered the top 8, thus making it to the Legends Stage. Now they are fighting for the playoffs.
