smooya joins Into The Breach

British esports organization Into The Breach has announced the signing of smooya. It is reported that the 22-year-old British player has signed a short-term contract for one month. Based on the results of the test period, the club will decide on the future of an experienced sniper in the team.

smooya started last year's season with Movistar Riders. However, closer to the fall, the esportsman left the team to join fnatic. Together with the new team, the 22-year-old British player had a great end to the season, winning DreamHack Open November 2021 and REPUBLEAGUE Season 2, as well as taking part in the Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Winter.

However, at the beginning of 2022, the Briton fell out of favor with the team, which decided to part ways with smooya after the completion of Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Katowice. As a free agent, the 22-year-old sniper participated in two qualifiers for the PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR, and also helped Into The Breach as part of the ESEA Cash Cup: Europe - Winter 2021 #5 championship.
