The Portuguese esports organization Sharks Esports announced the next changes in the CS: GO roster by signing a contract with chay. Previously, the 20-year-old Brazilian esportsman played for the SWS Gaming team.

chay entered the professional scene in 2018. However, the real breakthrough in the career of the Brazilian esportsman came in the middle of last year, when he first joined Santos e-Sports, and then joined SWS Gaming. Together with the team, the 20-year-old Brazilian became the winner of RedZone PRO League Season 4, Razer Invitational 2021: Latin America - Brazil, RedZone PRO League Season 5 and Liga Talents 2021, and also got into the top three medalists at CBCS Masters 2021, Nissei Arena Cup 2021 and CBCS Finals 2021.

Nevertheless, at the beginning of 2022, the player left the former team, announcing the search for a new club.

In turn, during the offseason, Sharks Esports took up the roster seriously. In particular, the organization managed to part ways with realziN, Luken and pancc. At the same time, the club's management promised to present an updated roster, built around Lucaozy and zevy.
