Capcom introduced an add-on for Resident Evil Village

As part of its presentation, the Japanese publisher announced a new expansion for Resident Evil Village. The developers stated that the number of sold copies of the game has already exceeded 6 million units.

The first innovation shown was the addition of a third-person game mode. Now you can look at the game from a completely different angle.

Plot addition Shadows of Rose. Events will develop 16 years after the main campaign. Rose Winters will try to get rid of her powers and the effects they cause. The gameplay of the DLC will also be built around a third-person perspective.

New playable characters will be added to Mercenaries arcade mode. Namely, the bosses of the original game Heisenberg and Lady Dimitrescu.

Game producer Tsuyoshi Kanda has confirmed that a PSVR2 version of RE:Village is in development. The expansion is scheduled to release on all major platforms on October 28th. Also on the same day, the release of a multiplayer called Re:Verse is scheduled.
